Lynn Watson is the current CEO and an active Board Member at KONEXUS. As CEO, Lynn is responsible for daily operations, sales & marketing, and the company’s P&L.
Prior to KONEXUS, Lynn supervised the organic growth and management of several technology companies, eventually negotiating their successful exit. Lynn has also held key technical roles at HP, In-System Design, and Marvell. His technical expertise is primarily in hardware design (ASIC-design), embedded systems architecture, and web-based services.
Lynn values community involvement and continues to serve in university advisory roles and on community philanthropic boards. Recently, he was able to spend 18 months as the Country Manager for LDS-Charities in Iraq. While in this role, he helped organize and supervise significant financial contributions to aid relief efforts for the victims of ISIS.
Technology executive with over 38 years of experience, including general management of small, medium, and large organizations, research and development, business operations, strategy and growth.
Currently Executive Chairman of the Board at AlertSense, a provider of mobile and cloud based critical communication and business continuity solutions for enterprises worldwide, and award-winning provider of emergency and non-emergency mass notification software solutions.
Prior to AlertSense, was an executive at HP. Primarily focused on overall product strategy and development of some of HP’s most successful products and businesses, including the project manager of the original LaserJet development team.
Previously served in key management and development positions within the Imaging and Printing Group (IPG) at HP, including Vice President and General Manager of the color and monochrome multifunction and single function LaserJet portfolio, the digital copier portfolio, and HP’s complete line of scanners from consumer to enterprise, Vice President and General Manager of Business InkJet Products and Technology, Vice President of Multifunction Products, and Director of Engineering for LaserJet Products.

Susan Don serves as Vice President Partner Development and Strategic Alliances for KONEXUS. She is responsible for building a partner ecosystem that will accelerate revenue growth into new markets.
Susan has over two decades of experience as a security sales leader and strategic business development professional. Over her career she has worked with several companies in various stages of start-up with responsibility for generating new business in highly competitive markets, domestically and abroad, and developing strategy and sales infrastructure to support scalable revenue growth.
Prior to KONEXUS, Susan served as VP North American Channel Development for WhiteHat Security. In this role, Susan was responsible for setting strategy to achieve revenue goals through increased partner revenue contribution. She has also served as Director Global Partner Go-to-Market Strategy for Cisco Systems where partner growth was central to Cisco doubling its annual security revenue to $2B. Susan earned a BA degree in Business from Redlands University and has maintained Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification since 2005.
Curtis serves as the VP of Customer Experience for KONEXUS. He leads the customer service team and is responsible for customer onboarding and on-going support for all business segments.
He has 30+ years of customer and developer support experience, with 28 of those years working for Hewlett-Packard’s LaserJet Printer and Indigo Digital Press Technical Marketing organizations. During the early portion of his time there, he contributed to the success of the LaserJet Products as Technical Team Lead in the LaserJet Customer Service organization, and subsequently the LaserJet Developer Programs organization.
Prior to joining KONEXUS, Curtis served as the lead custom software solutions technical consultant for HP Indigo’s Technical Marketing group. He was responsible for the overall support experience many of HP Indigo’s largest clients who provided digital press printing services for Blurb, Apple iBooks, Shutterfly and Snapfish.
