Konexus is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive commercial revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a foundational part in building pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, and managing enterprise-level commercial accounts.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys creating structure, identifying new markets, and owning opportunities end-to-end.
- Generate net-new commercial leads throughout bound prospecting, research, referrals, and networking.
- Build and manage a strategic partnerships funnel focused on commercial markets.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify new industries and growth opportunities.
- Own opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise commercial accounts.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on revenuestrategy and prioritization.
- Work alongside Account Management team.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking andforecasting using CRM tools.
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.
- Proven ability to build pipeline and close B2Bopportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable operating in a growing, unstructured environment.
- Experience with reseller, channel, or strategic partnerships is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
