This is a Full-Time position, but we will consider part time (i.e. 30 hours/week) for the right candidate. The company and employees are based in Boise, Idaho but work virtually the majority of the time.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Account Management & Business Development Associate to play a key role in our sales and customer success efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career. Konexus is looking for a detail oriented, adaptable person to help maintain strong relationships with our clients and drive new business. This person will help build and nurture strong relationships with our clients and will help ensure a consistent and positive client experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying problems, finding solutions, and improving relationships. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have relevant account management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:

  • Manage inbound leads and communications.
  • Provide product demonstrations to potential customers via Zoom.
  • Work with existing clients to increase value to strengthen current contracts.
  • Nurture client relationships through consistent email, phone calls, or virtual meetings.
  • Proactively connect with at-risk clients: identify and address issues, give product walkthroughs, share training materials, solicit feedback.
  • Assist in the client renewal process by generating quotes and facilitating contract renegotiations.
  • Assess and improve the customer feedback loop.
  • Communicate and collaborate with coworkers to help improve clients’ experiences.
  • Maintain updated client account information in our CRM.
  • Escalate major client challenges and issues to management as needed.
  • Upsell exiting clients and develop new business.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a team and independently as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and technologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an affinity for customer service.
  • Organized, detail oriented, has a proven track record of follow-through.
  • Essential problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field a plus.

Additional Skills or Qualifications
Exemplary candidates will also have:

  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Past work experience as an Account or Relationship manager.
  • Familiarity or experience with SaaS industry.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
